Family violence intervention order - mention and directions hearing checklist

This checklist must be completed and filed with the court at all family violence intervention order (FVIO) hearings, per Practice Direction 10 of 2015. The exception is if the proceeding is listed for a contested hearing, unless a magistrate orders otherwise.
