Help us shape the future of the Magistrates' Court — complete the court experience survey

In a commitment to continuous improvement MCV is seeking feedback from court users through a state-wide court experience survey.

From 5 February to 1 March 2024, people who have recently had matters before the court can share their views on the court experience through an anonymous online survey.

The 10-minute survey is designed to capture the diverse perspectives of people who have recently had matters before the Court. It will seek their feedback on things like finding their way around, using services provided, understanding the process, and communicating with staff.

"We are committed to building a modern, accessible and innovative court" says Chief Magistrate Justice Lisa Hannan.
"We want to hear from the people who use our court and find out what we are doing well and how we can do things better".

The survey is anonymous and participation is voluntary.

The survey is accessible online to all court users from 5 February to 1 March 2024. Volunteers will also be at 16 courts locations across the survey period to collect surveys in person, and the Service Centre will be supporting phone surveys.
