This Guide relates to the use of intermediaries and ground rules hearings during the Intermediary Pilot Program which will operate between 1 July 2018 and 30 June 2020. The scheme relating to intermediaries and ground rules hearings is set out in Part 8.2A of the Criminal Procedure Act 2009 which commenced on 28 February 2018. This Guide must be read in conjunction with Part 8.2A.
