Form 32B – Case Direction Notice - Committal case conferences issues

This form is required for committal proceedings where the filing hearing is heard on or after 28 December 2025. This form is filed with the relevant Form 32 or Form 32A to identify issued by the parties to be addressed at the committal case conference.
