DX mail service no longer available
If you have been using the DX mail service to exchange documents between your location and Magistrates’ Court registries, you may now instead:
- address documents to the court’s PO box or street address if there is no reference to a PO box
- hand deliver/courier documents to the court’s street address, paying attention to court opening days and times –
refer to court contact details and opening hours - lodge civil files via the CMS Portal as per
Practice Direction No. 8 of 2022.
