Planned CMS Portal outage: 9am to 12pm Saturday 18 July 2026 

A scheduled maintenance window has been planned for 9am to 12pm on Saturday 18 July 2026. During this time, the CMS Portal will be unavailable while routine maintenance activities are completed.  

These activities form part of the ongoing management and enhancement of the platform. We appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience. 
 

Filing of urgent matters during the outage 

For the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria, Bail and Remand Court will continue to run manually and urgent search warrants will be processed through the After Hours Team.  

All other filings, including initiations that are not urgent, should be submitted once the CMS Portal is available again from 12pm.
