Scheduling update - Melbourne and Bail and Remand Court (BaRC) custody matters
Please note all custody matters at the Melbourne Magistrates' Court and Bail and Remand Court (BaRC) will be heard online only on the following dates:
- Friday 15th to Sunday 24th August 2025
- Saturday 4th October – all Bail and Remand Court matters will be heard online. In-person custody matters can be heard at Melbourne Magistrates' Court until 4pm
- Sunday 5th to Sunday 11th October 2025
