Update on Melbourne Magistrates’ Court construction works court access

Construction works at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court is currently underway and is due to be completed 25 July 2025.

The works impact access to the Custody Centre and Bail and Remand Court, with temporary adjustments made during this period.

Please note that construction works will not be conducted on the following dates, and BaRC and custody matters will be held in person:
