Civil mediation programme – Practice Direction 3 of 2012

Practice Direction No. 2 of 2012 established a pilot programme within the Civil Mediation Programme whereby certain civil proceedings are mediated by a single mediator, instead of two mediators. The purpose of this Practice Direction is to extend the pilot for six months and increase the amount for the damages claimed to $40,000.
