Early neutral evaluation - Practice Direction 7 of 2011

Practice Direction 4 of 2010 announced the commencement of a pilot programme of early neutral evaluation at the Court at Melbourne which would continue until 30 October 2011. In retrospect, this period proved too short for a proper pilot programme. It has been decided to extend the pilot programme until 30 June 2012
