Early neutral evaluation – Practice Direction 7 of 2012

Practice Direction 4 of 2010 announced the start of a pilot programme of early neutral evaluation at the Court at Melbourne.  Practice Direction 7 of 2011 extended the time of the programme. The programme has proven successful.  The purpose of this Practice Direction is to remove the programme from its pilot stage.
