Confidential affidavits/confidential bundle exhibits in Civil Division matters – Practice Direction No. 7 of 2022

The purpose of this Practice Direction is to provide for a practice in relation to the filing of an affidavit marked Confidential and an affidavit which includes a confidential bundle of exhibits in civil division matters. 

This Practice Direction applies from 3 October 2022.
