Civil Jurisdiction – Practice Direction No. 8 of 2022

From Monday 3 October 2022, the civil jurisdiction of the Magistrates' Court of Victoria will be the first jurisdiction to go live with the new electronic Case Management System (CMS). CMS will replace all current modes of filing for practitioners.

This Practice Direction is to be read in conjunction with Practice Direction No. 6 of 2022.
