Notice of application for suppression order

Use this form to give notice that you wish to apply for a suppression order. When a relevant party wishes to apply for a suppression order, they must give three (3) business days’ notice to the Court and the parties to the proceeding in accordance with section 10 of the Open Court Act 2013.
