Planned CMS Portal Outages

The Magistrates’ Court of Victoria (MCV) is preparing for the launch of the CMS Portal for the criminal jurisdiction on 10 March 2026.  

This significant launch will provide a single point for criminal case management and access to essential information for key external stakeholders, including Victoria Police, Corrections Victoria, prosecuting agencies and legal practitioners. 

To support the implementation, the CMS Portal will be unavailable for planned system upgrades during the following times: 

• 6pm to 11pm Wednesday 4 February 2026; and 
• 6pm Friday 6 February to 8am Monday 9 February 2026
