Update on the implementation of the new Case Management System (CMS) for the criminal jurisdiction

The go-live period for the new CMS for the Criminal Jurisdiction will be extended for a number of weeks to ensure a reliable and secure system is in place for the transition from the current Courtlink system.

Implementing a system of this scale requires careful staging and we are taking the necessary steps to ensure the new system meets operational requirements from day one.

Some go-live activities will continue this weekend and a new go-live date will be determined shortly.

In the meantime, existing systems and processes will continue to operate as normal.
