Outworkers (Improved Protection) Act 2003 – Practice Direction 2 of 2003

This practice direction regulates proceedings in matters included under the Outworkers (Improved Protection) Act 2003 and the Federal Award (Uniform System) Act 2003 that have conferred jurisdiction on the Industrial Division of the Magistrates' Court of Victoria.
