This appeal may be lodged to correct a clerical error regarding demerit points recorded against a person following a suspension or disqualification of licence due to the incursion of demerit points.

IMPORTANT: Please note the following circumstances when an appeal can be made under section 46H of the Road Safety Act 1986.
